Delivery Policy
1. For any orders below HK$500, a delivery of HK$30 will be applied.
2. You can enjoy free delivery service on any purchase of HK$500 or above EXCEPT for:
a. delivery to buildings without lift service, HK$6 per case per floor will be charged ;
b. delivery to a premises with a fee on parking, the fee will be fully charged ;
c. any product exchange or order cancellation after the order has been confirmed and delivered, a delivery fee of HK$60 will be charged for first 10 cases. Every subsequent cases, HK$10 per case will be charged.
3. Delivery service is available to address located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, EXCEPT all outlying islands, any restricted areas and remote areas.
4. Orders confirmed successfully before 12 pm from Monday to Friday, delivery will be arranged within 5 working days.
5. Delivery service will be provided from Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.
